Key Account Manager

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team in the role of a Key Account Manager. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and strengthening our relationships with key clients while ensuring seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

These will be your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Track the customer journey from quote to order fulfillment
• Management of information from CRM and management software (customer data, commercial proposals, etc.)
• Coordination with the departments involved, from production to order dispatch
• Managing the after-sales process: managing complaints, appointments and payments
• Support of the commercial sales cycle 
• Perform administrative tasks specific to the role
• Supporting the continuous improvement process: processes, procedures and solutions

Profile of the ideal candidate:

• University degree in civil engineering and/or architecture
• Previous experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of the budgeting process
• Knowledge of Office tools (Excel, Outlook, ...) 
• Advanced knowledge of English (oral and written)
• Knowledge of other languages appreciated 
• Numerical skills, especially in calculations and measurements
• Negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills

• Organizational and time management skills
