Quality Technician

We are looking for a Quality Technician (Junior) to support the implementation of the Integrated Quality Management System according to ISO 9001. The selected person will report to the Project Manager and will follow the guidelines and instructions defined by her.

These will be your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Monitoring the implementation of the Integrated Quality Management System in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard.
• Compliance and monitoring of the Quality Management System 
• Preparing and reviewing the Quality Manual and related documents
• Planning and coordinating the internal audit process and monitoring external audits
• Perform and analyze audit reports 
• Document nonconformities and opportunities for improvement
• Implement and promote corrective and preventive actions
• Determine risks associated with implemented procedures
• Record, monitor, and analyze customer and supplier complaint processes
• Ensure and promote continuous improvement of processes

Profile of the ideal candidate:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering or related field
• ISO 9001 knowledge
• Intermediate knowledge of English
• Knowledge of Office tools (Excel, Outlook, ...)
• Excellent communication skills
• Critical thinking and willingness to learn 
• Problem solving and results oriented
• Proactivity, dynamism and autonomy
• Good time management, organizational and planning skills
• Ability to work in a team and in a very dynamic environment
