TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Planning the different stages and estimating the timings of projects allocated within the department;
- Monitoring compliance with established timings (including dates for preparation and modeling, procurement, and the arrival of material, manufacturing, shipping, and installation);
- Providing support and liaising with the various parties-internal (departments) and external related to the project being managed;
- Renegotiating phases/timings with all parties involved in the project;
- Taking measurements on-site;
- Monitoring the construction team with material needs (following up on add-ons) and answering questions/clearing doubts;
- Carrying out an analysis and cost control of the project and preparing reports on it.
WHO ARE YOU?
- Previous experience in construction management or project management;
- Excellent command of French;
- Knowledge of Autocad.
