Project Manager

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Planning the different stages and estimating the timings of projects allocated within the department;
• Monitoring compliance with established timings (including dates for preparation and modeling, procurement, and the arrival of material, manufacturing, shipping, and installation);
• Providing support and liaising with the various parties-internal (departments) and external related to the project being managed;
• Renegotiating phases/timings with all parties involved in the project;
• Taking measurements on-site;
• Monitoring the construction team with material needs (following up on add-ons) and answering questions/clearing doubts;
• Carrying out an analysis and cost control of the project and preparing reports on it.

WHO ARE YOU?

• Previous experience in construction management or project management;
• Excellent command of French;
• Knowledge of Autocad.
