Budget Estimator

We are looking for a Budget Estimator to join the Budgeting Department, which is part of the Commercial Division at OTIIMA.

If you join us, these will be your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Analysis, Study, and Interpretation of the project
• Management, planning, and organization of processes
• Preparation of budgets for tenders and end clients
• Price inquiry from subcontractors and suppliers
• Project measurement

Profile of the ideal candidate:

• Degree in Civil Engineering and/or Architecture or a Professional Technical Course in Budget Estimation
• Passion for the construction and architecture field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles
• Knowledge of technical drawing (AutoCAD)
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans (2D; CAD)
• Experience or knowledge in the aluminum joinery sector
• Intermediate proficiency in English and French (especially written)
• Intermediate proficiency in office tools (especially Excel)
• Interest in technology and quick learning ability
• Proactive, critical thinking, and a desire to grow
• Ability to work in a team and in dynamic contexts
