AVW Arquitectos
Nando Esteva
Perched on a dramatic hillside in Spain, RV47 by AVW Arquitectos is an example of balance between contemporary design and the rugged Mediterranean landscape. The project unfolds across multiple levels, seamlessly integrating with the steep topography while maximizing panoramic views of the sea.
Stone, glass, and concrete define the house’s materiality, creating a dialogue between tradition and modernity. The expansive glazing, enabled by the OTIIMA system, allows natural light to flood the interiors and dissolves the boundary between indoor and outdoor spaces. A carefully curated interplay of textures and volumes enhances the architectural experience, offering a refined yet organic connection to the surrounding environment.
