About the project

Poolhouse, designed by Maister Architects, represents a notable reinterpretation of the traditional gabled structure. Characterized by its sculptural corten steel facade and warm timber interiors, this building harmoniously integrates with its natural environment while demonstrating a sophisticated architectural presence. The OTIIMA Classic system is instrumental in achieving this balance, incorporating extensive glass surfaces that dissolve barriers and allow a dynamic interplay of light and reflection.

The glazing system’s ultraslim profiles enhance transparency, enabling the meticulously curated collection of classic automobiles to be integrated as a significant aspect of the architectural design. Hinged and sliding components promote spatial fluidity, reinforcing the connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. Poolhouse exemplifies contemporary sophistication through a masterful combination of raw materiality and precise detailing, where functionality, craftsmanship, and timeless aesthetics converge seamlessly.
