Designed by the acclaimed architect Frederico Valsassina, every aspect of this project offers residents an unparalleled living experience. Spanning an expansive 10,000m² of outdoor space, One Living presents four distinct apartment types, each tailored to accommodate a variety of lifestyles, all set within a lush and tranquil environment.

The architectural design incorporates double-height rooms, balconies on all sides, private pools, gardens, and rooftops boasting stunning sea views, all constructed with sustainable materials. OTIIMA Plus played a vital role in this development, enhancing the seamless integration between interior and exterior spaces. This approach delivers a living experience that harmonizes comfort, safety, and timeless design while fully embracing the enchanting landscape that surrounds it.
