OODA
Fernando Guerra
Located in Matosinhos, Portugal, Miramar Tower is a residential project by OODA Architects. Rising above the Atlantic Ocean, the building features a composition of concrete and glass to create a facade that feels solid and light. To achieve this visual and functional harmony, OODA selected the Otiima Plus system, a minimal frame sliding window solution that provides expansive glass openings, maximizing light and uninterrupted views while ensuring exceptional thermal and acoustic performance in a demanding coastal environment.
Inside the tower, the Otiima Plus windows create a seamless connection between the interior spaces and the surrounding landscape. Full-height glazing floods the apartments with natural light, providing comfort and highlighting the quality of the materials and craftsmanship.
