About the project

The Preradovićeva project in Zagreb, conceived by Pritzker Prize winner Eduardo Souto de Moura alongside 3LHD, exemplifies how architecture can create luxurious, intimate, private, and connected spaces. The design features a seamless, windowless façade that reinforces privacy and conceals an internally light-filled haven. Including a central atrium and strategically angled skylights optimizes the influx of natural light, offering a serene counterpoint to the surrounding urban vibrancy.

In line with this emphasis on minimalism, OTIIMA PLUS window systems are integrated into the architecture with precision, ensuring aesthetic cohesion while delivering superior performance metrics. Their flush-frame design maximizes energy efficiency, enhances air permeability, and promises long-term durability.
