About the project

The historic St. James Power Station in Singapore has become Dyson’s new global headquarters, effectively merging heritage preservation with contemporary innovation. The design prioritizes natural light, expansive views, and employee well-being, incorporating OTIIMA PLUS minimalist windows that enhance visual continuity while ensuring thermal and acoustic comfort. These high-performance systems integrate seamlessly with the building’s industrial façade, reinforcing the connection between historical and modern elements.

Internally, the workspace fosters creativity and productivity, featuring abundant greenery, open layouts, and a landscaped rooftop terrace that integrates nature into the work environment. This transformation exemplifies architectural renewal and sustainability, demonstrating how thoughtful design combined with advanced solutions—such as OTIIMA’s minimalist frames—can revitalize historic structures and cultivate innovative workspaces.
