For its stand at BATIMAT 2022, OTIIMA, the leading brand in designing and manufacturing minimalist and timeless frame systems, presents a creative yet challenging concept, aiming to pay tribute to all groundbreaking, uncompromising geniuses in design, architecture, and the arts.

UN_WRAPPED  is how OTIIMA is presented this year. Uncovered, authentic in its entire structure, similar to an iconic and sophisticated watch mechanism, every visitor will have the opportunity to observe not only the aesthetic lines and impeccable functionality of its systems but for those who are more attentive will have the chance to look at the hours, the dedication and passion of every skilled smith and every idea and sketch of brand’s designers and engineers. 

UN_WRAPPED  will transparently present the advanced  Fusion 1.0 system, one of OTIIMA’S trademarks, the perfect representation of the natural unification between interior and exterior. The details will be numerous so that each visitor will be able to “paint” and visualize their unique window. Because it is the promise of the BRAND: To enable a new window for every house, building, and space. 

 

The Trademark  FUSION 1.0  with a classic handle featuring synchronized motorizations comes together in the STAND F032 at HALL 6, with the promise to make a gentle artistic disturbance for a few days. 

OTIIMA FUSION 1.0  is entirely built into the finishing materials, as if the window is merged with the building, becoming one. This system incorporates window frames with reinforced binding polyamides and toughened glass, providing superior thermal and structural performance. It’s an innovative system, completely built into all four sides of the frame, providing the perfect fusion and a seamless connection with the interior and exterior spaces. In addition, OTIIMA FUSION  incorporates a gutter capable of draining a large amount of rainwater even in extreme situations. 

This system has achieved exceptional results in leakage tests, earning a Class 1650 rating (7 classes above Class 9A) according to EN 12208 and ISO 1027. 

There is a particular charm in the mechanical anatomy of  OTIIMA’s synchronized motorization: the smooth and effortless window gliding, inspired by the engineering involved in watchmaking, distinguishes it significantly from conventional motorized ones. 

The work of craftsmanship involves creating a timeless design and exceptional performance, allowing different speeds using only one source of movement and guaranteeing a harmonious and synchronized movement during its course of opening and closing, like the hands of a mechanical watch. 

OTIIMA’s synchronized window is more than just adding aesthetic value to the building; it also honors the craftsmanship and work that went into it.
