Minimalism is closely tied to the architectural style that seamlessly integrates buildings and their surroundings, creating a visual and conceptual continuity between views and exteriors, as well as between exteriors and interiors. The upshot of this is that because there is a constant dialogue between our surroundings and our state of mind, this soothing continuity offers several practical and spiritual benefits. Minimalism is good for the soul.

The perimeter profiles of OTIIMA OPEN offer a unique connection to the external natural environment, creating a sense of privilege in this exceptional setting. The minimalist frames preserve the same feeling that flows throughout the space, connecting people to the place and the place to the surroundings in a very special way.

One of the eight luxury red concrete villas, designed by the Spanish atelier RCR Arquitectes, winners of the 2017 Pritzker Prize, for the Palmares Ocean Living & Golf resort in the Algarve. All buildings were designed and tailored to the seaside landscape.
What sets this premium space apart is not just its size or high-quality finishes, but how, through the exceptional OTIIMA window frames, the spaces embedded into the environment, without causing disruption, frame the landscape.

The futuristic architectural lines of the premium villas presented a particular yet satisfactory challenge for OTIIMA, in terms of respecting the site conditions, the building’s design, and the clean lines of the minimalist OTIIMA frame system.
